A copy of Union Minister Dr. MAHESH SHARMA’s letter to Ms. Ranjini Manian

Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Union Minister of State for Culture, has appreciated the Global Adjustments Foundation’s efforts to empower women.

In a letter to Ms. Ranjini Manian, Founder-Chairperson of the Global Adjustments Foundation, he said “there is an importance of empowering the women in India to make India a developed country.”

The Global Adjustments Foundation works on the motto Champion a Woman – She will build a nation!

In a White Paper brought out in June 2018 on women empowerment in India, the Global Adjustments Foundation asserted that the whole country can benefit from maximising women’s potential through life coaching.

The White Paper was based on a scientific survey supervised by Dr. Monika Gonser, a faculty member of the Heidelberg University of Education and former member of the MIT faculty and visiting professor at IIT Madras. The document provides an overview of the gender situation in India as a whole, and describes the Foundation’s approach and programmes. The survey evaluated the Global Adjustments Foundation’s training programmes and confirmed that life coaching contributes to meeting the need for women empowerment.

Copies of this document were presented to Ms. Girija Vaidyanathan, Chief Secretary, Tamil Nadu Government, and other top officials of public and private sector institutions such as Tamil Nadu Police, Officers Training Academy, Apollo Hospitals, Daimler Buses India and Accenture, which hosted the free life-coaching classes conducted by Global Adjustments Foundation faculty.
