What does Facebook India Chief say about empowering women?
Posted on September 30, 2015 by Global Indian
Before Facebook, we had a different meaning to “connect” and “like”. After Prime Minister Modi’s Townhall interaction at Facebook with Mark Zuckerberg, we now have  a different meaning to “women-connect and like”. His spontaneous emotional sharing of his early days’ life story and what the 50% of India is meant to do, remains in our minds. Openly admitting the power of his own mother, Modi declared India’s national agenda to empower women.Fortuitously, we have a sneak peak here by one of our 12 CEOs in our new book “Make it in India” (inspired by PM Modi’s vision) by none other than Kirthiga Reddy, powerful woman Chief of Facebook India, who talks of replacing “or” with “and” which women must employ managing home and working.

Do read Kirthiga’s practical comments here and comment below on how we may take action?
