Ranjini was educated in psychology and French from Elphinstone College, Mumbai and the University of Sorbonne, Paris. She is passionate about culture, an avid student of Indian philosophy and a fluent speaker of diverse languages such as Japanese, French, Spanish in addition to Indian languages. As founder of Global Adjustments, she pioneered the relocation business in India and has been the Editor-in-Chief of Culturama, India’s first cultural magazine for expatriates for over two decades. She has authored five books on doing business in India, global leadership, cross-cultural coaching and multi-cultural team management. She writes regular columns in leading business dailies and is a sought-after speaker.
